Punchy, informative and very useful
This course was perfect in providing a background to mental health issues and dealing with them in a work scenario. It was broken down into easily-manageable chunks and was very easy to absorb and understand.

Good stuff to know
The course was well presented and very informative.
Helpful, thought provoking, understandable, informative.
A great reminder on how to deal with situations when feeling under pressure or having anxiety. The breathing exercise, simply going for a walk (to clear your head) and reminder about diet and exercise are so useful to know. Also, a reminder to ask for help and this is not a sign of weakness but strength. Really enjoyed this one.
