It educate one on how to handle equipment and loads.
Making one aware on how to handle loads and body positioning when doing a task, in other to avoid getting inquired.
Quite long and very detailed especially re anatomy for a refresher course
Its also quite difficult to to find the opportunity to do training with out disrupting others in a shared office space with no headphones.
