very helpful

As someone who suffers incredibly at the hands of anxiety this training was helpful to me, the deep breathing exercise I found is unbelievably good at pulling yourself out of intrusive thoughts, I struggle immensely with intrusive/negative thoughts as a byproduct of unmediated ADHD, some times these thoughts are so powerful they cause great disruption to me day to day but the advice and techniques involved in this course I will be taking away with me and using them when I can to improve my mental well being and to help me not become lost in the sea of negativity that anxiety can produce 🙂

Not knowing

I feel that sometimes people do not know what causes their anxiety and are not sure how to understand it. Is there a test that people might be able to take to see where they are?

A lovely short course covering briefly CBT training and mindfulness.
