Good informative
Overall a good understanding but where failed test, question not covered in video
ok but more practical info required.
Not all the information on the course was completely accurate and gave the impression for instance that you could store water below 60 degrees which you are not supposed to do (see HSG 274). Some practical information would have been good for participants' e.g. make sure showers are cleaned ever quarter, TMV's serviced annually and reference to temperature monitoring, sentinel points and representative outlets etc…

Buffered a lot so took a lot longer than it should have not sure if it was a network error in our building etc
