The presenter was very clear and precise in the delivery of her information . It was broken up into short sections which made it much easier to take in and to take on board. It also saved a round trip of one hours travelling!

The presenter was clear and precise and easy to understand. The content was straightforward. The facility to go back to previous screens/videos was welcomed when a point not digested or understood, or needing to be checked.
