Good and professionally put together.
My interest in this course was primarily to find out it's usefulness in a retail convenience store environment. I can understand that all aspects of food must be covered but it would have been much more useful to have focused the training on what specifically relates to the retail situation. The Food Standards Agency Business Guide is an excellent resource and a course based in this would be much more useful and relevant to our situation.

Very succinct and well laid out
The training was broken down into manageable stages that were clearly described in the videos. Occasional multi-choice questions kept you focussed. The diagrams in the presentation were clear and well defined, and the course was very easy to follow, even for a lay person with no prior knowledge. The clarity and succinctness of the presentation made this a very easy and educational course to do.
