It has a góod.pace to learn

It made HACCP easy to learn, the learning resources were easy to download and review. The questions were few and it covered the whole subject.

Very good training course

Easy to use and let’s you decide which one you want to do first if you have multiple courses that need doing . It could however tell you the ones you got incorrect once you have finished

Good and professionally put together.

My interest in this course was primarily to find out it's usefulness in a retail convenience store environment. I can understand that all aspects of food must be covered but it would have been much more useful to have focused the training on what specifically relates to the retail situation. The Food Standards Agency Business Guide is an excellent resource and a course based in this would be much more useful and relevant to our situation.
