I missed concrets examples
very straight forward.
A lot of these courses have laborious videos and slideshows that I feel are a distraction from the topic being studied. This course was very quick and from someone who has done many of these it's much appreciated.

A very good course
The HACCP course is very good for people who are in the food industry. It helps one understand better how the food should be stored well for health and safety issues. I would say that this should be "a must-do course" for all people involved with food.
