The HACCP training level 2 course was OK
I found some of the terminology confusing and not clear. "Product life cycle" to me means the time that the product is produced and on or is ready for sale. The product 'process flow' is how the product is made. I also found the flow diagram which had 2 'sold' boxes going up the page against the flow was also confusing and not best practice. Overall, irrespective of the criticism, the course provides a good grounding in the foundations of HACCP.

Simple and straightforward
This is a course that gives you all the info needed without been to fact and figures heavy
it was very interested.
so far there is no suggestion may be in future.
Clear and Straight to the Point
Training course presented in a professional but at the same time easily understandable way. The trainer guides you through the various sections naturally and the whole training does not result boring but extremely interesting. The visual interface is very user friendly. The test at the end of the course is well structured and provides that you have paid the right attention to the course itself to pass it.
