It is a very complex and informative course. It took me a long time to understand this course but it was very important to understand this course because it deals with confidential information of people and I now know that understanding it and law It is very important to follow it accordingly, I think everyone must read and understand this course

Concise and delivered in Lay-mans terms
This was very easy to understand and follow. It avoided jargon and was perfect for someone totally unfamiliar with GDPR as well as being sufficiently in-depth to serve as a "refresher" for those familiar with the topic.

A good comprehensive course.
The course as stated above is very comprehensive, in that all aspects are covered for all those who are required to comply in one way or another. However, it may be due to my time of life where one may feel that either no-one can teach me anything, or do I want or need to undergo further training, but consider that some aspects might able to be side-stepped as many people such as myself a regional volunteer will likely never be involved in anything higher than a 'processor'. An example of being too comprehensive was applied to the training at the last National Census, whereby the enumerators in the field were not provided with the right level, as much of the work involved the use of a handheld phone/field reporting device, this aspect was only lightly touched on, therefore its use was lost, wasted time and perhaps data input was not as good as it should have been.
