You make a dry subject more engaging! Well done. I liked the ‘bite sized’ format but did find the published timings for the sections not in accord with the actual delivery? Also perhaps make a comment at the start with reference to the EU? Otherwise excellent!

Effective training
Easy to access from the email and easy to follow using the start/stop buttons to work at my own pace whilst note taking. I liked the simple visuals with just one person delivering the training.
