Good explanation GDPR, needs updating
This course provided a good generic overview and explanation of GDPR and data protection, including why it's important and how it relates to businesses. The training could do with a bit of updating, particularly for our current context where most staff are working from home (so the sections related to working in the office are less relevant or in fact inappropriate).
Easy to understand
This GDPR EU Essentials Training is an easier way to understand how GDPR works and it's consequences. It really helps people understand the importance of data privacy.
Informative & Easy To Digest
I found this to be a comprehensive informative, and easy to digest course that had details I hadn't heard in previous trainings… e.g. the right to be forgotten. I particularly liked the mix of graphics and animations throughout the course.

Informative and clear
Helps with understanding the rules.
Relevant to dealing with people's personal information, and the importance of security. We take these things for granted, and we would expect our own data to be kept secure.
Brief and to the point
Excellent refresher focussing on the use of personal data within the organisation. It covers the perspective from an employee, an organisation and most importantly an individuals point of view. Just the right amount of information delivered in a very effective way.
