Poor teaching method
1) there should be a procedure for "testing out". Duolingo is highly effective at teaching languages SIMPLY by asking questions. People doing a refresher course should have the option to take a longer more detailed test, and only to watch the videos if they do not pass the test. This would be less time consuming and more useful. It is only essential that we have videos on areas where the law has changed 2) this is still EU training, but we are no longer in the EU
Good and informative
This course is very good because it enhances my knowledge of the GDPR and to continually thinks about data security when handling people identifiable data. Also, how vital it is to work according to the organisation policies on GDPR.

Its structured nicely, with clear and concise information. It would be great to have functionality of speeding up the video/ rate of speech.

Simple and straight forward to use
The videos were clear and easy to follow with relevant summarising narrative. The test at the end was also relevant and straight forward and helped to imbed the learning.
