It's very clear and emphasises the key points without getting overly repetitous. The length of the refresher feels about right. As a suggestion for the future, it would be great if the email reminders to complete the course contained the length of time it take – it's about 20 minutes (including the test) for the refresher and I was imagining it would be longer, hence taking a while to find the time to complete it. Just a thought…
It would be great if we have full script
It would be great if we have a full script of the course. This would help us to refer in the future without watching the whole video.
A good reminder and prevents carelessnes
The training made me think about the data I use. It is easy to accidentally leave data that is about students who have left the university on the system. Once they have left it is not needed and should be deleted. It also made me think about the types of data that need special care. It is easy in the 2 years since the initial training to slip back into old pre-GDPR practices. The training identified areas where this could be a risk for me.
