It was very informative
The course was good but felt there was a wealth of information in sections. when doing the test it was hard to relate to area of professionalism as it was overall aimed at many working areas not specifically social care but still very good to know
Informative, clear, well paced
I think it was a very good series of videos to explain what is expected from everyone within their workplace. Each point was made clearly, and allowed me to learn about each point individually. I learnt new things about what is expected from being an employee – in regards to my responsibilities, measures I should take and the consequences of not following the protocols adequately.

speak clearly, points showed clearly and each small section has summary at the end to refresh your memory. Great production and presenting skills.
Nice and concise.
Course was broken up into 20 short video sections, which helped the course flow quickly. I liked the fact you were only given information you needed to know, not too much filler.
Does what it says on the tin.
A comprehensive but timely refresher on the roles and responsibilities of every employee who handles sensitive data. Not too much jargon and a short but snappy delivery of the facts.
