Took longer than 40 minutes
I found the training really informative and I learnt a lot, happily completed – thank you Maybe as it was longer than 40 minutes the brief history didn't need to go back so far, but all in all great training

This was, as even the trainer acknowledged, a complicated and fairly dry topic but it was well presented in an informative manner, the key points were well explained and good examples used.

Very clear and concise presentation
I found this course presented very clearly and easy to listen to. Not dull, clear short bursts of information. Just enough interactivity without being intrusive and of course very informative. Great job I would say.
