An execellent course. Very clear, simple to follow and unambiguous presentation with relevant graphical support to the words. I thought it was a particularly good feature that it was split into short sections with changing presenters for each section; helped hold my attention even though I did it late at night!

The course was well structured and easy to use. All content was relevant without going to deep into any one area. The prompt questions were good throughout the course helping to keep focus on content. The speakers were clear in delivering their message . it was helpful in the test to know immediately what you had answered incorrectly giving the opportunity to go back and revisit any particular area required. only down side was the length of it, 70 mins, probably took more like 80 + but well worth it. look forward to an event to put it all into practice again!

This training is inspiring for both employers and employees though its a bit challenging to do it together with work-load at the same time. However it is also a career development, and gives you an insight to know more and upgrade your Standard level. I love it

A high standard of training and very well presented. Excellent for all areas of the food industry.
