Just concerned about the fact that gluten isn't only in wheat. it's also in barley, rye and oats. Otherwise a very good course Thank you!

Easy to follow course.

Extremely good
Questions .Think you missed out peanuts as ellegenic Some bacteria not destoyed until 121deg .Yet you said boiling kills all. Hadling Change with gloveds for food . How else or should some else do the money? Excellent explanartions and video and split into small sections. Can do at own pace
course was very interesting.
There was too much information to take in all at once course should be shorter with only 10 questions to answer .

Lots of videos but also additional information to read. Could be related to schools (which did not get a mention). Test was quite easy!
