I learned a lot about Food Hygiene Level 2 Training Course, most of this I wasn’t aware of and it’s good to know for work and at home.
Very long and detailed.
The content was very good and there was lots of it. This made the course very long so maybe have more frequent testing or interactive moments to keep the person doing the course more engaged. Aside from this I thought it was very informative and at times similar to a biology lesson.

The course was concise with a good emphasis on the basic 'keep it clean' rule. I answered 1 question incorrectly as I did not read it carefully enough and rushed the answer. It correctly encourages staff to take responsibility for all aspects of kitchen hygiene whether as trainee or supervisor.
