Very easy to digest all the information given as the videos made it easier to take in as you could visualise what they were explaining as well as hearing it.

Having done 3 courses in the day I found it unnecessary to do level 1 and and level 2. Level 2 basically was the same as level 1 just a bit of legal jargon added on the end .

I noticed something missing where the handler did not wash his hands between 2 operations.
