Intensive and informative
The course was informative and intensive confirming much of what I already knew, highlighting new areas for consideration and outlining legal requirements. Even without the certificate it would be a definite asset to complete for anyone with connections to food, either through work or even at home. The sessions were lucid with the presenters clear and concise. Individual units were short making it easy to manage around other commitments. I expected to complete the course in an evening but in actual fact it took several evenings over several weeks, there was so much to learn.

This food Hygiene training course will help me in my home as well as in my work place. To keep the children safe from any illness cause by food. I will all the time keep in my mind when receiving, handling, storing preparing food.
