Useful. Interesting. Delivered information in an easy to learn format. No option of specific to Food Tech teachers.
It was really helpful to be able to READ THE TRANSCRIPT while the video played 'picture in picture'. I find that information embeds better when I read it. The course is described as 70minutes long. This is a gross underestimation. It took me 2 hours and 22 minutes to watch everything, read through additional advice sheets/comments and make notes. Reading additional information after the course takes time too e.g. E.coli 0157 51 page document. Has brought up aspects of school Food Tech lessons that need clarification. Chose 'Catering' as no specific category for Food Tech teachers.
