Clear and informative
It was an informative course but as I scored 19/20 it would have been useful to have a rundown of all questions with the correct and wrong answers at the end of the test to identify my mistake and help reinforce my learning at that point.

This course was very helpful and gave me the basic knowledge of allergens found in foods. It also gave me the information required to know what I should do and be looking for when dealing with allergens
