A very informative subject on life saving information.
As a chef this was not as intense
As a chef for many years and seeing more and more customers with allergies coming and dining we strive or accommodate and deliver stress free for the customers This module was good but for a chef showing other chefs the importance of allergies this could have been more in depth of the 14 ingredients that are the key elements
