interesting course to do

Good but too technical
The video of the alarm but no action, made the point of giving clear instructions really well. Might be fault of fire industry, but are we really supposed to remember the difference between class B and F – both liquids – and how to fight them cream and yellow!! After a day I cannot recall with certainty that level of detail. I hope the right extinguishers will be placed in the right areas. Also didn't mention what to do re electrical fire – eg isolate the circuit. I think a phone charger fire one of the most likely fires the shelter is at risk of as people bring their own and prob the cheapest they could find.
Visually smart
Easily digestible, in short impactful sections

Clear and Informative training
First Warden training was very clear, concise, and easy to follow. It's also good to know that you can carry out the course at your own pace and return to a section if you have not understood any of the course information fully.
good clear informative
This was a good course albeit with a lot of information to take in. That said I am not sure how you could do it differently. It was easy to follow with good content. It was helpful.
