Longer than stated
I had completed all the separate components only to be advised at the end that 2 were not ticked so I had to sit through them both again (12 minutes extra). Very time consuming.
Good course with good content
The only issue I had was on the 2 x signage questions when it asks what sign is in the picture that no picture appears on the screen. This is a big issue and resulted in me getting 95% instead of 100%

new learning experience
very easy to scroll through and find information on anything i was not sure about. Very clearly spoken and easy to understand. learnt quiet few new things during this training inducing the types of fire extinguisher and their uses according to the class of fire.
