The hands-on extinguisher training, including the PASS method, was a highlight that built real confidence. Overall, the training was engaging, thorough, and very valuable for preparing me to act effectively in an emergency.

Great Course
Great course really informative.
Just too repetitive and 'samey' with a talking head
Found it difficult to concentrate – the delivery was very deadpan – could be improved by talking over some pictures/slides rather than the presenter being on screen all the time
