Excellent
My initial reaction to seeing 58 slides was that it would be the usual boring training notes. However, each slide was concise, almost all were video clips, the presenters were clear and not at all patronising and the visuals used were of excellent quality. The clips showing the man using each extinguisher were particularly good, as in the past I have only seen descriptions of how to use each type. The test questions were fair and unlike some training courses were not trying to catch you out.

Thank you for the course, I found it helpful and easy to understand. I thought the section was interesting although it might be helpful to look at schools as children will often react differently and more fearfully. I appreciated the info on fire extinguishers and how to use as I have never had to do this and the stop, drop role advice.
