The course is very detailed but believes the certification should be for 3 years not yearly and just a refresher training done in individual homes with fire safety online.

I enjoyed this course as it was very clear on how to respond if a fire has taken place. It was clear on fire regulations and how to keep service users safe . How a fire can start was also informative with clear directions on what to use

Watching and reading slides is very draining. A more practical approach would have been more beneficial however with covid it is still important that this resource was available.
