There's good elements, but the part about different sorts of fire estinguishers for different fires is completely unrealistic.
Nobody will remember which fire extinguisher is for which fire, how to use it (circles, distance, etc.) etc. for more than 3min after the training. Instead of people giving a confusing overview, people need to familiarize themselves with the kind of fire extinguisher that is available at their workplace.

The course was informative and presented well. It was good to see how to actually operate fire extinguishers so that if this is something I ever have to do – I will not hesitate.
