Excellent . Well presented and interesting

I thought this was one of the better fires training programmes I have seen so far. Really easy and clear to understand to provide the necessary information needed.

Some animations were helpful, like the fire tetrahedron, smoke movement, or things with moving arrows. Other animations weren't helpful, like the actual operation of the extinguishers, which felt totally artificial, and gave no sense of what using them is actually like, or what the right sort of thing to use them on would look like. The most helpful scenes were the ones with the most realism — smoke in the office, and the roll call. Please actually set something on fire and put it out. That would add some much needed oomf and spice. As would having some sort of exciting or groovy soundtrack, to not feel as dull. It all felt nice and clean and clinical. But it's about FIRES! Fires are gritty and EXCITING (albeit terrifying). More terror please.

Clear directions from actors and explained in a good basic way with comparisons that we can understand easily

There was problems with video which kept on stopping and starting (buffering) then froze. After eventually leaving a while I resumed where I left off and completed the course.This was a informative course.
