It is reasonbly simple
Although reasonably simple, there are places where the amount of confusing detail is hurried over and the learner left bemused. for instance, the different types of fires (which are given letters for no apparent reason and arbitrarily) and the uses and types of extinguishers which still pass me by quite glibly
Told my all that I needed to know
After working in the Fire Service for 34 years I found the Training: Very user friendly Easy to digest and understand Inclusive Great visuals and graphics The right length in duration Good terminology Not too technical Accurate
Interesting and well presented course
I enjoyed the course and liked the way it was split into sections with a short summary at the end of each one. It was interesting and informative.

This course is an excellent source of information regarding the fire awareness subject.
Clear and easy to understand
The course was easy to access and understand. The short videos and summaries made learning easy. The transcripts were particularly helpful, as were the handouts.
