Easy to follow
Bite size sections that can be replayed when interrupted by phone calls. Informative and good visuals of how to the use of fire extinguishers.
informative yet pragmatic
The course gives key information in a quite concise way and practice-oriented. However, I found the section on signs a bit lenghty in comparison to other parts.
Excellent & terrifying at the same time
The awareness of hazards is really good but the different extinguishers could be muddled in a real situation – post Grenfell there should be a greater emphasis on raise the alarm and GET OUT GET OUT GET OUT before it is out of hand!!!

Too fast presentation
I felt the lady went through the fire extinguishers – classes and uses – too quickly for it to sink in properly. I made notes to try and remember and I found the quick delivery of the Potential Ignition Source confusing.

Good you can go back and review any questions you get wrong then restart the test to relearn as you go along.
Lots of information. Clearly explained.
There is an awful lot of information convayed clearly in 30 minutes. Taking notes is essential!
