The course content was pitched at the right level. Not so complicated that the learnings will be forgotten. Very practical knowledge that can be used in a variety of domestic and work place environments.

I liked the fact that the training is broken down into small relevant and easily digestible sections. I like also the fact that one can stop/start the training at any stage and replay any section.
