Simple step by step training
Good basic introduction to fires, their causes and what to do. Not sure I would be confident to tackle a fire after just this training.

It's ok
I have just completed the Fire Awareness Course, having completed the Fire Warden's Course a couple of weeks ago. They are so similar in content, that I wonder if they cannot be a combined course and that whether you are a fire warden or not, everyone needs to know the content of both courses and it wouldn't hurt if non wardens can know what the responsibilities are

A vital refresher in fire dangers
The fire awareness training course is a vital tool in bringing us to attention of fire risks in the work place. Tt is a stark reminder to always be on guard against fire, but also to train us as to what do for ourselves and others should fire raise its presence at work or home.
