Very Informative
An excellent and well presented course covering the topic in very simple terms. The course, alongside the Fire Safety Policy, will help me to avoid fires and know what to do should one occur. I found the videos of fire extinguishers in use particularly interesting. I would now have the confidence to use a fire extinguisher correctly in an emergency situation.

I lost the will to live
I'm giving it 4 stars for newbies, but 1 star for me. Too slow, too long, just let me do the test, didn't work on my phone, kept freezing. Been doing this for years, guess what – nothing has changed, the requirements and instruction is still the same. I am being punished for having experience having to do this test. It is a complete waste of my time.. The old course at least you could skip to test, waiting for each video to end was like torture.
interesting and useful
this course was a lot more interesting than I expected! It was very clear and thorough and I learnt a lot of things. I feel much more confident in this area now.

Relevant and easy to follow
Much better than the previous fire training module I took with iHasco – less patronising and the content was more relevant and easier to follow.
