Too much information for some roles
This course needs to be adapted for different roles. I felt a lot of this course was for employers and could have been condensed for different roles

should be two courses –
one course for managerial as most of the content was for that level One for workforce/volunteers. Could be split into two or three different parts. ie managerial, workforce and both
