Brilliant, comprehensive, informative
I believe the training was informative. It provided information on how legislation affects the workplace. GDPR and Equality is essential to understanding how to act professionally.
easy to follow
I enjoyed this training as each video was clear and easy to follow and the summery at the end of each video was helpful and could be noted down as a good reminder. Also the ability to go back and watch a certain video again was really useful and I especially enjoyed the "breaks" you were encouraged to take.
Spelling, one section unclear, etc..
Age groups Рthink there’s spelling error for ‘predicted’. Given as “predicated”. Religion or Belief РNot having beliefs is a belief in itself so am uncertain about using language like, “No one should be treated less well because of their beliefs Рor lack of them.” Not having religious beliefs Рin the conventional sense Рis a chosen, and often, well-considered choice so shouldn’t be demeaned.
Very good
I enjoyed this as it really went into genders and disability’s
Over complicated, repedative
Not always relevant to a volunteer only in the workplace once or twice a month and having very little contact with others either management or colleagues.
Generally clear presentation.
One slide made a problematical ideological assertion which is factually inaccurate saying "we are assigned a sex at birth". No evidence was provided for this dubious claim. For centuries sex has been "recorded". This seems a more precise and measured term. Only in rare cases might such a claim be appropriate.
Again a very comprehensive course
I found it very long and welcomed the breaks. I did wonder if it was not just a bit too much to take in for a library volunteer as I wouldn't probably find myself in the position of someone in a workplace environment.
Good and informative

Very comprehensive
Positive: There was a lot of information and some very useful attachments. Negative: There was so much information breaks were recommended. The test was tricky as some questions were so specific it was difficult to remember the details rather than the generality.
informative
a good course. I would recommend every employee takes part.
