Very good, clear and easy to understand.
Nice use of people demonstrating procedures. Clearly presented, and to the point. They covered a lot of different topics in a short space of time, but thoroughly.

Fairly boring presentation
It was pretty basic & commonsense, but I did learn a few new things I didn't already know as a mother & grandmother. The information was clear & simple & I liked the summary at the end of each section. However a person just staring at the screen delivering the info. & a fairly unconvincing 'patient' were not really attention-grabbing for long periods of time& I did the course in parts, separated by weeks. I'm not being critical of the instructors as they spoke slowly & clearly, but it was just too much the same. Thank you for persisting with me to complete the course to better prepare me for being a volunteer at our Seafarers' Centre.

Very simple an easy course too take and the clips help to take in the information easier. Also has handy folders can open during each section to save for later use.
