Well structured and good level of detail, visual demos were good. Section 1 was perhaps a little bit long.

It was easy enough to follow.
I do not have any previous First Aid experience. The course was merely to support my role as a voluntary worker where I am coming into contact with hospital patients and others of a vulnerable nature. I would be far happier to have practical training before attempting to apply bandages etc. As a result I needed to take notes throughout as I didn't have any previous knowledge to call upon.
