Emergency First Aid at Work Training – Refresher Reviews

This course was really good. Being able to visually see how each part of First Aid is administered; plus pause & replay, into small steps was especially helpful. It was precise & to the point. Covered all you need to know in a surprisingly short time and thorough. Only thing that be could be looked into was the multiple test questions at the end; if a genuine mistake was made & picked wrong answer in error, that you could be given another question to replace that one; therefore not affecting your percentage rating. Obviously, only giving you one more chance to correct. Thank you Samantha

I found the short video sections very informative, especially with the extra side notes that gave more information. The final test was very good and easy to do, thank you.
