Always good to have refresher courses especially on first aid
Course was good in reminding of procedures you don't thankfully have to carry out on a daily basis as you can get forgetful on how and what to carry out when required

Great overview and a very useful refresher. This would be good for most people to watch, including my son who is off to university soon.
