couple of grey areas.
I believe there has been a conviction of driving without due care of someone drinking a can of pop whilst driving. I also beleive section 97 (Dress code whilst driving) could leave you vulnerable if you have an accindent wearing flip flops.

Lots of things that I already knew – but still very useful as a reminder. The update on new legislation was the most useful part for me.
