Excellent introduction to understanding dementia
This course was excellent. Well presented with good content. It covers an understanding of dementia and what to do and how to act at work, in the home or as a carer for someone who has dementia. The importance of listening and encouraging cannot be overemphasised in most caring roles.
Very clear and informative course.
I don't usyally enjoy electectronic courses, but enjoyed this one, especially with the option of taking a break before completing the course.
