Meaningful
A compassionate and considerate approach to Dementia. Dementia is an acquired disability, one that has affected many people we may have known or may one day affect us. Clear and Concise
It was good to be reminded of the importance of communication, verbal and non verbal. The balance between simplicity and patronizing. Not showing impatience even when we feel it. That Distress can mean Unmet needs.
