My mind has been refreshed on how to deal with patients with dementia
It was good to be reminded of the importance of communication, verbal and non verbal. The balance between simplicity and patronizing. Not showing impatience even when we feel it. That Distress can mean Unmet needs.
I found the extra and supporting information on each subject very helpful,
The training is well explanatory.

I have enjoyed the course learning more about dementia and all diffrent types
The course had lots of good points
Very interesting and informative. A course for all individuals out in the community, not only care homes, who’s loved ones living at home with early stage dementia could also be offered, to fully understand their loved ones themselves and all the signs and legal legitimacy
