I was worried that this course would be too technical and full of jargon that I wouldn't understand but it wasn't. It was very clear, explained in a language that everyone can understand. I learnt things I didn't know.

A very slick and focused overview
Good to watch, very well made, and it touched upon all the key points. Perhaps aimed at the absolute beginner Рbut better safe than sorry! The quiz was very easy with some of the answers clearly fillers. Is there a handout we can keep for our own later reference? Maybe there should be an addendum for the RAF museum specifics, like links to the museum’s IT policies, especially for volunteers using shared systems on site? Would we report any concerns to someone in IT or just our own manager? PS my surname is held incorrectly in the system, it is Rogers, not Roger. Have I been hacked?
