The course was thorough and clearly presented in short chunks. I thought I knew everything but I learnt some good suggestions for creating strong passwords.
Well explained ; good visuals
IT is not my strongest area, however , this training was very well structured and easy to understand. The speaker had a clear voice and an expressive manner. I really enjoyed the training and found it very informative.

Clear concise and good test at the end although i felt a could of the questions were slightly ambiguous

these courses are really easy to understand and very imformative
