Too slow and very little interaction
I work in infosec and this training was not great, the training is too long for people to keep interested in such an important subject. Training should be short and to the point

A decent introduction to Cyber Security
This is a decent introduction to Cyber Security and the dangers presented by today's methods of computer based communication. I found it tied in well with an Open University course I have just completed on Cyber Security. However, this particular course (from iHASCO), is by necessity an abbreviated introduction to the subject, and concentrates on the most prevalent threats associated with email phishing and such.

informative and interesting
The course wasn't too long, it was interesting and informative. Everything was common sense but it helped to have cyber security explained in an easy way, with no technology jargon. Or if there was jargon having that explained as well.
