The content it covers is good, the explanations too. but could use more visual aid images of real screens, like the hoover over link trick, showing that content and link don't match and it is a scam.

Lip synching in earlier section is poor and very distracting. The material is presented in a common-sense and non-patronising way and contains a lot of useful recommendations that can be applied to personal life as well as work life. As the title suggests, it is purely Awareness of, as stated in the course title, and doesn't dig very far below the surface. Would be useful as a general introduction for new staff.

This training was a good length and very informative. The quiz at the end was straightforward to test comprehension without requiring one to over think and over analyze the questions to select the correct answer. Conversely, the answers themselves were not overly obvious by being ridiculous. Having taken many of these, I appreciated the professional delivery and execution.
